Pros

The demonstrations are great for helping the beginner learn the names of the asanas and the ideal forms to aspire to. Great cue-ing ideas and information on how to have the proper stance in a posture.

This book is extremely helpful both in and out of the classroom. I believe newbies and even those with a bit more experience can benefit from this text. One of the best parts of this book is the section with progressive lessons.

A great way to deepen understanding of this practice. It is a reference i return to when i am teaching or practicing. But now she uses it more for reference and it makes more sense to her.
