Well this part is too large for my mat and it leaves the mat hanging below my sit bone annoying is walking for long distance not so much when cycling

Netting in the side pocket is a bit unnecessary i squish it to the side and put my water bottle inbottom straps to support your yoga mat are nice but i find that if i strap my mat in good and tight it doesnt need the bottom support

Thats because if the storage isnt full of something the balance of the bag is off and pulls your center of gravity back
