If you look at the other jigs from this brand that are not called floating they have a larger weight at the front bellymy guess is that perhaps instead of floating they meant slow sinking for this one

Put it on a dropper loop and jig it or just leave it close to the bottom

The lure looks great by itself but it is very small and has fairly weak hooks
