Another week resulted in a dip of 55mbps for 3 hours so i’m curious to know if this is a result of having a router that isn’t compatible with this cable nighthawk r6700 router

It’s not detrimental as i still have 3040mbps and i don’t require more than that for the most part but it is frustrating to see

I have used and tested more ethernet cables than i can remember and there is no question all ethernet cables are not created equally

A good comparison is those cables are much like an old car it should get you there whereas this cable is like a high end sports car it will get you there lightning fast without fail

So many of us stream programs and movies via our tv and there is no comparison in speed between a wifi connection and a wired connection

For gamers it is absolutely the way to go do away with all lag caused by your wifi by connecting directly to your router
