Pros & Cons

Pros

The rubber pads fit perfectly over my doorframe. It's very sturdy and a heavy metal so there's no chance of it breaking. Fits good in my office door with a solid frame. Easy to assemble, fits in standard doorways.

The bar flexes in use but appears sturdy enough for a 150 pound user. I am 196 lbs and it holds my weight comfortably. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Unit allows you to do several variations of pull-ups and chin-ups just by placing your hands on a different area of the multi-bar unit. Works well, like the different grip positions. They have a * proof diagram included with the product.

Cons

This product is beyond poor, its actually very unsafe. This makes the product neither portable nor useful. Hardware is very cheap.

Main bar is supposed to be one single solid bar. This means the whole setup is never truly together. It's not solid. Only a strong as it's weakest point and in this case its very very weak.

I simply cut a few inches off the ends of the support bar so the pads would match my door frame

If you dont want to listen to the rectangular piece of metal squeaking each time you pull down be sure to attach another piece of cloth between it and the door trim
