The magnets are strong enough to hold securely in place, but easy to remove if you need access to the switch. The magnets stick to the screws & it stays. The cover is attractive and its two magnets are certainly up to keeping it in place.

Only drawback is that it was only available in white. While not as cheap as a strip of white duct tape, they look a lot better. Multiple covers can also be added to a single gang plate with ample room to maintain the minimalist look.

The magnet isn’t very strong. The magnet is weak. Its made from such * material that it easily can be removed by a small infant.
