Pros & Cons
Pros
It is without a doubt the sharpest knife i have ever used. It's not too heavy and is very well-balanced. The blade has gorgeous markings, and the grip is very comfortable.
Highlights

This is an excellent quality fiveinch knife that any chef will be happy to own
With the damascus look this is a very distinctive knife that would make a nice gift
I dont feel scared at the helm
Note as a clarification this review is for the 5inch knife
Price
Do your research read reviews im a fan of cooks illustrateds equipment reviews and decide for yourself whether the extra cost is worth it
Competitiveness
A wellmade knife is almost a work of art
In terms of using the knife it is a 5inch knife and isnt up to all uses but it was great for chopping up vegetables cheese and fruit
This has a 5inch blade whereas a chefs knife will generally be in the 8 to 10inch range
I am referring specifically to the 5inch version
