The issue with the water lines not being a standard size is legitimate

As far as not being able to tighten the ends that attach to the faucet with a wrench well this is true but the fittings have double oring seals hand tightening them by twisting the entire hose seats the double orings and they do not leak a drop

I do think the company should add a round mounting plate for those who may be replacing an old faucet that has a larger hole
