Not sure whether the upper pole is meant to sit on top of the pin or if the pin is left hanging and you slide the upper pole updown to your liking and then lock into place

It’s one thing to set it up the way you think it should be and another to set it up based on what the manufacturer recommends for best usestability

There were a couple times when it was really windy and i was worried but it stayed anchored and the umbrella didnt turn inside out or bend

Had to return a different umbrella because the colors in the pic didn’t truly represent what i received

We used it the whole day in high winds but it had to be tilted towards the wind so it couldnt come under it
