As with most hose reels, the hose needs to be lined up in front of it to roll onto the reel. I have a hose coiled up on a hook on the side of the house…now i have to find a wall mounted version of this. This particular hose reel is very well made.

Yb's reel is higher which reduces your bending. It's way better than any of the old el-cheapo plastic reels i've used in the past. The only small problem is the short hose that connects the reel to the house was bent in the box.

Cons

Reviewer says it's a horrible design as far as leaking as it’s showing on the picture. It needs much thicker and sturdier hose lines. Inner 's' pipe rusted, parts are too expensive to make the repairs worth it.

The crank handle fit ok (if loosely), but the truck handle holes do not align so that the screw can be inserted.
