The box had several holes in it, apparently from shipping damage, but everything inside was undamaged.
Competitiveness
When i got the second butler i got a new 75ft flexzilla hose which is way lighter, winds/unwinds easily and does not kink.
My husband bought this because i had difficulty manually rolling up our heavy-duty craftsman hose nicely in a little circle on the ground.

Fyi, the leak is from a replaceable part and not covered by the lifetime warranty but presuming the $12 bucks worth of parts fixes the issue i am a happy hose-er.

Leaks badly through center of unit after a few years but contacted manufacturer and they sent free replacement parts

I bought one in 2013, almost 8 years and some minor repairs later, a weld joint finally broke.
