Well the most disappointing thing was when i pulled the box this came in out of the bigger box and things were moving around in it

Giving the product itself 4 stars because it looks exactly like it does in the picture and the fact it was only one broken piece that can easily be fixed with super glue

In order for it to work you have to line up the hole in the bottom of the incense cone with the hole on the top of the ceramic waterfall
