Pros & Cons
Pros
These are no frills headphones and the sound is better than adequate. I have other headphones, but they're heavier. At only 32 ohm, they are easy to drive.
Completely satisfied with my purchase. Lives up to the yamaha name and reputation of quality.
Long 8 foot cord is a great pleasure after using 4 foot ones that get tangled up with our arms. Only complaint is that the adapter plug does stay in the hole if you don't pull it out exactly right.

While they may not be as good as some much larger less comfortable and physically hotter more expensive studio monitors i believe you would have to pay upwards of 300 to match the sound quality of these
