Pros

At only 32 ohms, they are easy to drive. They are (by far) the nicest sounding and most accurate headphones i have ever heard of this form-factor. The ear cuffs feel nice and the sound is not bad.

Long 8 foot cord is perfect for playing musical instruments such as electronic keyboard and guitar amp modelers. Some reviews complain about the coiled cord but using this headset on my yahmaha dgx670 digital piano it seems to work out very well. Can ...  Read More

The yamaha rh1c blows them all away, no contest. Love it. It fold up nicely too.



Cons

The headphones have gouges on the head piece and the wire was severed. The speakers sound weak/hollow compared to like gaming headphones. I plug them into the back of my keyboard and the cord is so short.

These are objectively bad. Just junk. I'm shocked that yamaha would put their brand on these pieces of junk.

    While they may not be as good as some much larger less comfortable and physically hotter more expensive studio monitors i believe you would have to pay upwards of 300 to match the sound quality of these
