Pros

The sound is excellent, it echoes long after you let the string go. I adore the folk-like timbre and it's a gorgeous instrument. The guitar is well built and has a very nice tone.

It's a decent price that wont break the bank. Great guitar for the price.

Teaches the basics like how to hold it, tuning, strumming, etc. The chord dictionary is pretty nice -- shows various chords and finger positions for them. It is great for a beginner or for someone who is advancing.

It has everything (tuner, pick, straps, bag and stay in key very well) the tuning machines are better quality than other starter guitars. The instructional dvd is very helpful and the tuner worked perfectly.

Dvd is professionally done and doesn't seem to be available without the kit. Check out the world tour wg20d deluxe 20mm acoustic guitar gig bag or musicians gear deluxe dreadnought case.

Cons

Instead, had a big chunk out of the neck and was missing almost all the promised accessories. Exchanged it and again got a guitar with 2 cracks on the neck.
