I had to take the batteries out for 5 seconds then reconnect before it synced

As soon as you enter the house the camera starts recording a 10 second clip with a led light if it is in the dark this can be then viewed on the yale app afterwards

It is also linked to the yale smart home alarm so will set it off in motion is detected

You can purchase the yale hd camera which is far less in price and with better quality pic however that is wired
