There are no instructions on whether it can be used in water or not but the box has water in the background so i figured thats how it works

It came discreetly packaged so if it were to pop out of the amazon box andor be opened by anyone other than me they wouldnt necessarily know what was inside unless they removed two layers of nonsee through packaging material
