All of the parts are in little compartments in the sides of the packing styrofoam. A lot of the screws are already in place and just need to be removed and then reset for tightening.
The service is top notch. The instruction themselves are easy to follow. The manual is available online btw.
The only noise i hear is occasional creaking from some of the bolts connected to the seat. I weigh 200 lbs and it is very quiet while i'm riding. The bike is entirely silent when in operation, surprisingly so.
Cons
Quality control during the manufacture of this product is extremely poor. There was clearly something mechanically wrong with our unit. You have to pay over 100 to have their contracted technician come diagnose the issue.

After riding it awhile i determined that the flexing would have no affect on the quality of the exercise and you can adjust most of it out
I responded that the bike lacks a headphone jack and asked for further guidance to deal with the crackling that scares my dog and kids

There are many styrofoam pieces that cannot help but get damaged in shipping it

In other words if it has to be returned they want you to put it back together in the shipping container and if youre able to that get the bike apart without damagingscratchingit and back in that box and good luck trying to seal a cutopen box youre a much better person than i am

I asked her abouty ticket number and she placed me on hold for several minutes and then returned and said she wasnt sure why my ticket had not been resolved
