Pros

This pillow supports my knee down to my feet so that my feet don’t dangle off the end. It is a bit too long for me ( i'm 5'5), but i'm dealing with it. Could use a second strap to keep in place though.

A little spendy, but worth the price. Is easy to slide into and doesn't get hot. Easy to maneuver when turning from side to side.

Very soft & comfortable. Can finally sleep with one of these. More comfortable sleeping. I wish there were more choices like this one for more competitive pricing.

Definitely helps relieve back pain. It stays put.

Cons

The case that the pillow comes in makes this already cumbersome pillow difficult to sleep with. The elastic itself is not a nice flat strap of elastic like you'd expect, it's quite narrow.

The product images are misleading. The sherpa lining is a cheap scratchy polyester that does not look or feel like sherpa material in the slightest. The cover is aiso poor quality. This thing is grossly overpriced.
