Pros

Mask (usually (255. Dw) looks the same as a samsung 2830 dw. Product is good and as advertised.

Keep unused paper in the original packaging taped up until needed if printing is not done daily. Xerox has a program if you buy the toner from them, they replace the printer next day if you have any issues.

Both the print quality and data-communications are excellent. No fiddling with settings was required. Plugged this printer in, hooked up via usb.

Cons

Can't use it, can't install it, nothing. Go to xerox to update the software/driver and nada. More often than not, i have to reinstall or reconfigure this printer.
