The xbox one is great and with the soon to be backwards compatibility, it is even more of an enticing purchase. The graphics and sound are stellar. I would have opted for the faster processor anyway.

It's just that captivating. The voice functionality is much improved. Even my wife who does not like techy stuff works this with the voice controls.

The kinect sells separately alone for $149 msrp, so this is an *extremely* good bundle. It also includes a free kinect dance central spotlight.

Cons

This console behaves more like an online terminal than a local gaming console. Still lacks features the 360 had. It is not suitable for family fun/game time.

Microsoft support is atrocious and won’t help with a single issue i have, instead they just divert responsibility. Laughable effort, microsoft.

Lazy techno-geniuses didn't realize apps can be pre-loaded. Games take days to install and lag when loading via disc.

The kinect sensor is a freaking joke. It never hears me correctly.
