Pros
The x-muscle sport insoles are package in a wide mouth vacuum sealed canister. Inside are two eude foam insoles which are similar to a harder memory foam that provides good shock absorbing qualities. The insole is really comfortable,soft and elastic.
These are a little'squishy' yet very dense! They fit perfectly in size 11 shoes and there was no need to cut for adjustment.

The joint of my second metatarsal is more distal than the first. This causes numbness and tingling, and aching at night.
Cons
No arch or heel support at all. There's a reason these are cheaper. They come with lines on them so you can cut them to your feet, however after cutting they were still too large.
