The speaker on the computer at work isnt very good

Im stuck at work with a desktop that is located on the floor under my desk and sometimes when the office is noisy its difficult to hear the computer speaker

I was hoping just to leave it plugged into a charger so i wouldnt need to think about it but found that the sound fluctuates when it is simultaneously charging
