Great build quality, but feet from keypad can easily get if they come loose.
Price
The only thing i don't like (other than cost) is the keys aren't like modern mechanical keys, and have the rubber membrane feel.

I use this to control a blackmagic atem video switcher.
Built solid and looking for another x-key buy soon.
I had a x-key 16 stick and but wanted a keypad style x-keys for a while now.
The 24 i got for my workplace because the software shortcuts require too many hand gymnastics for me.

For whatever reason, the broadcast program needs to be in focus for the key presses to register, making this keypad pointless.
