If i knew then what i know now i would not buy the 20 key i would get the 52 key or maybe even the 80 key versionyou need no programming knowledge to programyou flip a switch on the side 20 key version and a picture of the keypad pops up on screen click on a button on screen a window will open and you type in what you want that button to do some more advance feature are in drop down menus click ok flip the switch back and your button is programed and ready to testthis will work for gaming but it is not designed for gamingaccessories you can buyreplacement labelsblank labelsa double keya 2x2 keycolored keysand more

It did take some tweaking and figuring out of how to get it running programming the software side then having it program them into the keys hardware side

This means that you could pick up your xkeys unit and move it to another computer and immediately it would start issuing the saved commands

So to move your xkeys from one workstation to another you have to export your saved commands install the program on the new workstation and then import your commands
