Pros
A quick perusal of amazon shows plenty of other chairs with lumbar support and all sorts of goodies for $80-$150 or so. The comfort level is excellent and everything is adjustable. The headrest is a must.
Cons
This chair is far to small for my size of 6' 2 210 pounds. It would be more suited for someone undersized. Flimsy arm rests, and very weak fan on the air conditioning.

The chair does wiggle a bit where it connects to the stem but im guessing this is a connector issue as well but i havent taken the time to make the adjustments

One of the major reasons i bought the chair was because when i sit in other mesh chairs aeron the edge of the chair presses into the back of my thigh just above the knee and eventually causes discomfort

The problem is that the back wont lock at the top so you dont have the full length of adjustments available to you
