The old florescent lights took forever to ignite in cold weather and made a lot of noise

It took about 2 you tube videos and 20 minutes on the first fixture conversion then about 10 minutes for the second one

The only confusing thing is that the instructions say hotcold ac wires which imply the lamps have polarity

The led lamps are thinner than t12 fluorescent ones and shine only half side so may not be as bright as fluorescent with reflectors

I purchased 48 of these bulbs over the last 18 month after the local electrical supply told me there wasn’t such a thing

Also if one of these bulbs does burn out the other bulb in the same fixture will still work because unlike fluorescents these bulbs dont rely on the other bulb to complete the power circuit in order to work
