Pros

These lock my wrist in place and i feel much more support on my bench and overhead press. Looks great with the matching elbow braces too. These are very comfortable and sturdy for any lifts you might be performing.

Cons

The material is thin and flimsy. Uneven thumb loops, choking and hyper stretching the thumb. Far from a decent quality and design compared to brands like harbinger.
