Pros

Excellent, quick and courteous service. They stand by their products and they were responsive to all my questions. It's nice doing business with a company that cares.

The quality of the product is top notch. This unit easily compares with the $1k to 2k name brands. Comparing strictly quality the delta is better.

Great engineering, quality machining, easy installation and smooth operation are the highlights - no downside. It is compact, and easy to use. Easy to install in less than half an hour!

The packaging was excellent with snug foam inserts for all of the components

Was super well packaged and included the 60 inch shower hose

I like their product but glad it’s not plastered on the faucet

Because you can wash your hair in the tub without dunking yourself into dirty water
