Pros

Found wowkk tub filler to be very sturdy, beautiful and easy to install. Ordered for a pedestal tub upon our plumber's recommendation mainly because there's a customer service number listed for customized hose length.

Sturdy when drilled into wood subfloor. Looks and works great. Very responsive. It is very heavy and sturdy!

Beautiful brushed brass free standing faucet for tub. Oil-rubbed bronze is beautiful and will match our bath remodel. Beautiful chrome finish. Black finish looks fantastic and matched our other fixtures perfectly!

Live customer service is a rare thing these days. Thankfully, amazon returns are easy & shipping is fast! Great faucet, great customer service.

Cons

The tub filler handle that switches from the hand held to the down spout broke after the 5th use. A cheap tub filler only has a 1-2 gpm (gallons per minute) capability.
