Pros

This tub filler is great. It fills our tub quickly and the hand shower makes cleaning a breeze. The color fits well with other bath accessories. Easy to install and use.

It is so nice to be able to call on the phone and talk to someone who really cares about customer satisfaction and product performance. Awesome product, awesome customer service.

Cons

The small parts were also just thrown in the box so there could be missing pieces. It's difficult to feed the water lines in the facuet. Had to return and purchase something else.
