Pros
The stitching is quality, canvas is thick, and the leather smells nice. The bottom is also padded for protection. The strap is strong and there are so many compartments.
This is very roomy and well built. Construction of the bag is impeccable. Very sturdy and spacious book bag.
This easily does the trick! Well worth the price. Also customer service is great. A+, would recommend.
It looks and feels great. Super comfy. The grey is very nice looking.
Cons
The difference is noticeable to say the least.

Amazing quality bag, i bought this to replace my old janky one and i bought the 17in one and it is huge.
Amazing bag, does everything i need it too and more, feels high quality and a great price and size

Packaging/appearance
The only thing i would change so far is adding magnetic snaps underneath the buckles as a quick option.
Competitiveness
Plenty of pockets, and a cincher for the big, main compartment.
One of the many features i like in the bag are the large side pockets that allow for my 64oz nalgene bottles, one on each side.

She has blown out the zippers on so many backpacks and this pack does not have a zippered main compartment, it closes with a drawstring and flap with magnetic buckles.

There is even a zipped sleeve/pocket on the back for what looks like a tablet or some other device.

Zippers are bit easy to secretly open without you noticing, clothes and fabric are more flimsy then expect.
