Pros
I am only 5'0 and i use this with ease. Super easy to setup and put away. Would definitely recommend to anyone with the same problems.
It's not a pressure washer, but it is noticeably more powerful than your water hose. Works amazing for washing dirty surface areas, i. My patio balcony. Would probably work well on the cars as i wouldn't be concerned about damaging the paint.
I use my 2, 4 hour batteries from my worx lawnmower instead of the 2 hour batteries that came with it. Provides nice water pressure about the same as a strong hose. Can be used anywhere with a bucket or 2 liter bottle.
Cons
The battery life on this is terrible (15 minutes, maybe, on a full charge) the washer works for ten minutes and then needs 1 hour 20 minutes to recharge. The 40v dual battery lasts 15-20 minutes only.
It's a glorified super-soaker, with a 40w motor. Good for maybe washing a car or gently rinsing off a desk. No way near the power of my regular pressure washer.

After a pigeon couple nested on my highrise balcony successfully until the baby leaf the nest word apparently got out in the pigeon community that my balcony was a safe haven and as winter draws closer i do not have the heart to take measure to banish them
