Fresh vegetables are prepared in a freshly cooked by steaming. It preserves flavor, vitamin nutrition, apopearance, and crispness.
Cons
After a few months of use the bottom of the pot has rusted. Never use any cookware with just a coating at the bottom. La calidad es muy pobre, ya está oxidado.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend to family and friends. A waste of money.
Pot is thin and lightweight. But bottom is rough. The pot is very small. It easily boils over.
