It doesnt have a very nice taste and it repeats on you like taking cod liver oil tablets which is not very pleasant so i choose to take mine before food to mask the taste
I have not been taking it long enough to say whether it works and am taking it to try and help with fibroids so until i have another ultrasound i will not know if they have worked or not
Its not until you go through checkout and get a 23week delivery prediction and had no idea it was coming from germany until i saw labelling on package when it arrived
It would help if sellers had to say clearly on their page about product which country it was coming from and if its something like tablets show a picture of them especially if its a product that has changed from its original design
