I bought this a week after having my baby and it helped so much i was just using nursing pads because regular bras hurt with the underwire and now i just wear this one i do recommend buying more than one as a leaking breast feeding mother spills do happen

The only reason i would tell someone not to purchase this is if they were very small framed i dont think they would fit well regardless of the size
