Pros

This dumbbell set has everything you need for a great weight lifting workout. Comes with a center bar where one can attaché the dumbbells in order to convert them into a barbell. Great for high rep workouts.

Sturdy construction but definitely not indestructible. Pretty much soap and water is the best as harsh chemicals will erode the plastic shell. It is durable and is made to be stable.

Cons

Joining the dumbbells with the plastic barbell conversion is not recommended. The bar needs to be longer. The dumbbell bar and connector rod got stuck together and will not separate, making this unusable for dumbbell workouts again.

Cheap garbage. It's a poor quality product, made of plastic filled with heavy material, it's bulky. Anyway, buyer beware.
