If the nut holding the head to the unit isnt tight enough it can move under the weight of the phone so just make sure it is tightened well

My phone htcm9 has a magnetic sensor used for detecting the htc dotview case so sometimes when i mountunmount the phone this sensor is fooled by the wizgear magnet a little annoying but not the fault of wizgear
