The user experience here is miserable. It's frustrating, time consuming and honestly, not worth it. The instructions are useless.

Withings doesn't process returns/refunds. Only service offered is via email, no live chat, no phone. The only alternative is to use wifi. No information automatically sent to withings app. No faq page.

It's like it's stuck on the day it stopped syncing. It also refuses to pair with bluetooth despite numerous attempts, resetting both device and phone. It's very difficult to sync up.

The app interface is almost a crime against humanity. It is one of the worst apps i have ever used, and i have used a lot of middling fitness apps. It's only useful as readout scale as the phone/tablet connectivity does not work.
