Pros
One brush lasts long enough to visit each tooth. The wisdom brushes cope with different widths of gaps.
Cons
They are so brittle i reckon they were designed to break to encourage additional purchases. These bend and break so easily which i think is intentional.

Was told to use them by my dentist but found they bent easily and were difficult to fit between my teeth

Dentist wants me to use interdental brushes but theirs are metal and brush and i have lost 2 fillings one of them twice because of them
