The shutter button on both the receiver and transmitter remote is smooth and feels pretty much like the shutter button on the camera itself

First my relatively new camera is mounted in a camera cage so there are blind spots

Second the instructions that came with the device werent exactly the most clear and were telling me to plug it in on the left side where the audio jack was

The cable was too small to fit in that jack which turned out to not be the correct place to connect it anyway

After i gave up and returned it the company reached out to me i did not reach out to them and they were willing to work with me to correct all the issues
