Pros

This trap is a game changer! The key to using this trap and many other mole traps is placement! Its easiest to watch a youtube video on the trap placement.

Bled like crazy. Caught direct mole 15 minutes after delivery. Currently have 8 in rotation allowing me to tackle 2 runs at a time.

Moles are notoriously hard to trap, but the very next day, i looked out the window and saw the trap had been sprung.

This is so much easier than using a tunnel trap and popping holes to bait them. Push in about 18 in of tunnel.

Results speak for themselves. They are incredible. But great product. Highly recommend. Very pleased with the quick outcome.

Cons

The spring mechanism overextends and when this happens, the force necessary to trip the trap becomes enormous. I have very soft, sandy loam and when i go to push it with my foot to set it, it just pushes around and twists out of place. Moles go right ... Read More

You really have to push hard on the trip plate before it triggers the jaws. My trap takes faaaar too much force to trigger. Stick with the fork style.
