Pros

The clarity and sound is just as good as when i had cable! But the japanese relay channels are really fun to watch. No missing oth free channels. Great picture for my lg-oled and other samsung tvs.

Here is that antenna. This is near the city of santa barbara. There are two clusters of transmitter antennas in the mountains that are almost exactly in opposite directions.

The antenna cable runs straight to the second floor where it plugs in to a 8 way splitter. Just don’t forget 2 additional short coax cables. Did need to replace (25 ft) coax-cable from outdoor antenna to attic connection splitter for tvs.

Though it is not flashy and fancy, it works well. Easy to install. Don't bother with the other inexpensive signal amps.

Cons

The winegard connect app is useless. It won't run on older phones and is difficult to setup and get working. Then it's difficult to get bluetooth connected. It is unstable and has to be rebooted during use.

Replaced it with the same one and they are back

Now im getting about 33 and about 28 of them steady the other few occasionally go out with the weather

Once i removed the winegard i instantly received 40 channels

Reading the list is easier if you pause the scan at the bottom of the screen

I paid 99 for the one i returned and this one performs better at half the price
