Pros

This wine opener set is super great! It’s pefectgift for a wino or for yourself if you loooove wine! The rabbit seems super durable!

Great product and exceptional customer service. They stand behind their 3 year warranty on their product.

Cons

Only the wine aerator is usable. Not sturdy at all. Not solid, not sturdy. Wine opener is worthless.

The cork screw is bent and forces the cork into the bottle. The foil cutter no longer works. But it destroys corks.

There is a 3 year warranty but no idea how to get to the supplier. Not heard back yet. I hope someone can contact me about a refund or other options for a replacement.
