Finish is a little lacking, but that's nitpicking to find a fault if i’m honest. The lack of hold-close mechanism simply means there’s less things to break and scrub. Great for deep pans and bbq.

Retired chef loves the nylon oxo tongs. The tongs have a good sturdy grip.
