Pros
Giant bowl perfect for mixing large batch salads and other meals. Just got this as a 2nd bowl for all my easter baking. Good bread bowl for 5lb flour recipes.
Lots of room for thorough mixing. Very handy to have.
Great size for making large batches of bread dough or salting cabbage for homemade sauerkraut. Great for making bread or brining a turkey.
