I have it hooked up to a fan so when the fruit cellar gets to warm when curing meat i turn the fan on from my app

It does have an automatic mode but i always like the manual mode so i know when its on or not

It also has a manual onoff feature so you can work it from your phone and shows the actual temperature in the room

Only thing i noticed was the sensor did take a while to register the correct temperature
