All others are mounted to the windshield or dash and although i could probably mount one of them behind the mirror to hide it a little more it still wouldn’t be as inconspicuous

With that one it has a huge middle gap that’s missing if both cameras are facing the front whereas this one allows the images to run side by side to fit exactly

Other dual cameras i’ve noticed online are even more limited with their range

Outside of that what concerned me about this product initially is that i wouldn’t be able to see well enough in the mirror and that hasn’t been the case at all

The video is set to come on automatically when you turn on your car and disappear within about 30 seconds after so that you are not distracted by it

If needed you can turn the video back on by pressing the onoff button where it will fade again in about 30 seconds
