Pros

This item installs much faster than some of the other ones i have read about. Gorgeous except difficult to assemble. My brother is a genius/contractor and said the assembly was horrible.

The quality of the metalwork appears better, and the crystals are just slightly higher quality. The lighting is bright & it gives off a feeling of elegance and simplicity. It makes my office look amaze!

Cons

The chrome pieces are only chrome as to the color but also feel like plastic. This also appears to depend on the seller despite being fulfilled by amazon, which sure makes it look intentional.

The light is very difficult to assemble because of the very poor instructions. The tack welds are so tiny and obviously stressed that they don't really have a chance. Just the styrofoam packaging around the light.

Subtracting one star because it came with the worst directions and took us 2 handymen and myself a solid 3 hours to put together and hang

Very nice but crystal quality isnt good compared to the same design but cheaper one

I am giving them 4 stars because of their commendable packaging excellent customer service and speedy refund
