Pros

It's soft with just the right sweetness. It is flavorful and holds well as long as you dont leave it in the egg mixture for too long. What i like most is that it does not need refrigeration.

Cons

Not worth the exorbitant price for sure. If whole foods is putting fake food like substances in their food just like everyone else then what is the point of spending the extra money for clean safe whole all natural food?
