This book is useless for hiring college grads, it professionals. It's really a 1, unless you're a headhunter like the author. Cold the book also assumes that candidates contacted that say no, are really a negotiation starting point.

As i specialize in hiring tech people, i find this system goes against best practices for hiring technical people. The method is based on being disrespectful and pushy towards the candidates. Sexist, racist cliche bluch.
