Pros
The flower is just the best however almost $1. The texture even feels really different kneading it. I have this on subscription now as my grandsons live fresh bread, cookies and all the other baked items i make.
I read that the weevils are responsible. It can be used it for biscuits. Their corn meal mix makes the best cornbread. And the biscuits - to die for.
Cons
The container has a puncture hole. Smelled really bad too. As some other reviews mention, my package was punctured too.
This is by far the worst flour i have ever used to try to make sourdough bread. It leaves a soapy after taste in the mouth. Both have sharpie over the barcodes, which i don't care for.

I cant find this brand of flour in my state of montana so the seller shipped fast and free so that was great too
Competitiveness
I usually use king arthur flour but this white lily flour is by far much better
I used to think 34flour is flour34 but this is by far superior

Ordering from this supplier has been very expensive but still within a price point i am willing to pay because of the quality and performance of this flour
